Niamh O'Shea

A Return to Wholeness

Drawn to what lies beneath the surface of everyday life, Niamh explores memory, the body, nature, and stories we carry. Her work begins with the moments that stay. She rarely experiences something only once. Moments have a way of staying with her. The dance of butterflies beneath an old oak tree. The colour of the sea before rain. The way evening light slips quietly across a wall. She returns to them again and again until they become something she can share with someone else. Some of those moments become essays. Others become artwork, sound and stories. She never begins with the form. She begins with whatever won't let go of her.

Steph, Insight Timer

"More than a print, it felt like receiving a deeply personal gift. Beautifully presented and thoughtfully created, it has found a permanent place in my home. Something to keep, return to, and treasure."
