The purchase of a physical print or digital artwork grants a licence for personal use only and does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, shared, redistributed, resold, altered, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Fine Art Print Orders

Limited edition and open edition fine art prints are individually produced to order.

Details relating to edition type, dimensions, materials, availability, and pricing are shown on the relevant artwork page at the time of purchase.

Fine art prints are professionally produced using museum-quality archival materials.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks for production and delivery, although delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal services.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed artwork due to differences in display settings and the nature of fine art printing.

Where applicable, limited edition numbers are allocated in the order purchases are received. Specific edition numbers cannot be requested or guaranteed.

Where stated, one tree will be planted for each artwork purchased.

Digital Fine Art Downloads

Digital artworks are supplied as high-resolution files for personal printing and display.

Your purchase allows you to print the artwork for your own home or to give a printed copy as a personal gift.

Digital artwork files may not be shared, redistributed, uploaded to websites, sold, sublicensed, used commercially, incorporated into other artwork, NFTs, templates, products, or used in any form of print-on-demand service.

For the best results, artworks are intended for high-quality printing. Print quality may vary depending on your printer, paper choice, and printing service.

Digital Audio Downloads

Songs, spoken reflections, guided recordings, and other digital audio products are supplied as downloadable files for personal listening.

Downloads are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, publicly performed, broadcast, or incorporated into other projects without written permission.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of fine art prints, all physical prints are produced to order and are generally non-refundable.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or files have been downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Newsletter & Podcast Subscriptions

Subscriptions to newsletters, podcasts, or other digital content may be offered through third-party platforms including Substack.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or other authorised payment providers through those platforms.

I do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Subscription management, billing, and cancellations are handled through the relevant platform.
