I’m an integrative practitioner with a background in psychology, design, and holistic healing. My path has blended transpersonal psychology, somatic practices, coaching, and creative direction — shaped by over two decades of lived experience and formal study.
What connects it all is the understanding that creativity and healing are not separate. We access our deepest insight, clarity, and expression when the nervous system is regulated and we feel safe enough to imagine, to vision, and to begin.
