LIMINAL MAPPING™

00:00 / 07:48

What if it’s not about fixing yourself, but remembering who you truly are?

Liminal Mapping  invites you on a four-week journey to slow down and reconnect with the life already present within you. It’s about tuning into your deep truth and allowing it to gently shape how you live and create. This is a nurturing space to meet yourself more fully and discover what wants to emerge.

THE METHOD

Each day for 28 days, you’ll receive a gentle prompt — including a short guided meditation, reflection questions, and occasional creative or somatic practices. You’ll move through four key phases: Grounding, Softening, Dreaming, and Integration, all at your own pace. Some days invite journaling or creative expression; others offer quiet noticing or rest. Optional upload points are included if you’d like to share reflections along the way.

Liminal Mapping is currently offered on a donation basis, making it accessible to those who need it while also honouring the care and time involved in its creation. You’re invited to contribute whatever feels meaningful — whether it’s a small gesture of thanks or a fuller exchange. Every contribution is deeply appreciated and helps sustain the future of this work.

When signing up, you can also choose to include a Personal Liminal Map — a 1–2 page intuitive reflection of your journey, created using your shared reflections and delivered by email within 7–10 days of completion. This is a paid addition, offered at £60.

This space is here to support reconnection with your own rhythm, insight, and inner knowing — gently, and without pressure.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Curious but unsure? These questions might help. Liminal Mappingis a unique process, and it’s natural to want to understand how it works, what to expect, or whether it’s right for you. If something still feels unclear after reading, you’re welcome to contact me and ask.

  • Liminal Mapping is a gentle, integrative process that combines reflective writing, guided meditation, somatic awareness, and symbolic insight to help you reconnect with your inner truth. The word liminal refers to the in-between space where transformation happens — between waking and dreaming, thinking and sensing, known and unknown.

Drawing on principles from psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative traditions, this journey invites you to access the quieter, often subconscious parts of yourself where deep wisdom and clarity reside. Through practices that shift the brain into slower states — such as alpha (calm presence) and theta (deep insight, symbolic processing) — we move out of overthinking and into a more receptive, intuitive space.

This is where long-held patterns begin to loosen. Stories surface. Symbols appear. Connections form that logic alone cannot reach. By exploring these liminal spaces, you can uncover new perspectives, release what no longer fits, and gently realign with your own rhythm, purpose, and creative power.

This process isn’t about fixing or changing who you are; it’s about remembering and reclaiming what has always been true within you.

  • Liminal Mapping is for anyone who feels the quiet pull to slow down and reconnect with themselves — whether you’re in transition, seeking inspiration, or simply wanting to live from a place that feels more real. You don’t need to be spiritual, artistic, or experienced in inner work — just open to reflection. If you’re drawn to it, it’s likely for you.

  • Over four weeks, you receive daily modules containing spoken word meditations, reflective questions, journaling prompts, and creative tasks. You engage with these at your own rhythm, revisiting them as often as needed. Each week builds on the last, guiding you from grounding into presence, through listening and dreaming, toward integration and embodiment. At the end, I create a personal Liminal Map based on your shared reflections.

  • I create your personal Liminal Map by carefully reading between the lines of your reflections, sensing the unspoken themes, patterns, and subtle energies beneath the surface. This process allows me to delve deeply into the quiet wisdom you hold within, weaving together a unique, intuitive reflection. The map serves as a gentle guide—a mirror of your inner landscape—that supports you in carrying your discoveries forward with clarity and compassion. Most people find their own words surprise them—and what comes back often feels like exactly what they didn’t know they needed. It’s a special keepsake crafted just for you.

  • Liminal Mapping is not about fixing problems or working through issues. Instead, it’s an invitation to remember and reclaim your deep, quiet wisdom through self-reflection and creative insight. It doesn’t involve live sessions or directive guidance like coaching or therapy, but rather a gentle, self-paced journey with supportive materials and a reflective final map.

  • No specific goal or question is required. This journey is about opening to whatever wants to emerge from within you. It supports you in connecting with your deeper self, wherever you are in your life, whether you have a clear intention or simply a desire to explore.

  • No, you choose how much or how little to share in your journal entries. The final map reflects only what you offer and gently mirrors your own journey. If you prefer, you can fully engage with the journey without submitting reflections or receiving the map — many find value simply in the process itself.

  • I’ve spent many years studying and practicing holistic psychology, somatic healing, coaching, and spiritual guidance. You can learn more about my qualifications and experience here.

REFLECTIONS

Some come to remember who they truly are. Others bring something stirring—a project, idea, or feeling ready to unfold. It’s not one or the other; it’s whatever is ready to be seen and lived more fully.
