HELD™
What if healing isn’t about doing more — but learning how to be with yourself, exactly as you are?
A self-paced somatic healing journey to support nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and reconnection with your body’s innate strength. Through guided practices and body-based tools, you’ll learn how to build safety from within and access the insight already held in your system — in your own time, on your own terms.
THE METHOD
Held™ is rooted in foundational somatic principles that support safe, body-led healing. Rather than diving into the past or pushing for a breakthrough, this approach works gently with the nervous system — using small, manageable steps to build safety, presence, and trust in the body. Practices like orientation, titration, and pendulation help you stay grounded while gradually meeting what’s been held.
You won’t be asked to relive anything or get it ‘right.’ Instead, you’ll be guided to notice what’s here — sensation, breath, impulse — and to let your body set the pace. Over time, this creates the conditions for natural release, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of being at home in yourself.
Held™ is currently offered on a donation basis, making it accessible to those who need it while honouring the care and time involved in its creation. You’re invited to contribute whatever feels meaningful for you — whether that’s a small gesture of thanks or a fuller exchange. Every contribution is deeply appreciated and helps sustain the future of this work.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Held™ is a somatic healing experience that works gently with the body to support regulation and release. It’s natural to want to understand how it works, what to expect, or whether it’s right for you. If anything still feels unclear after reading, you’re welcome to contact me and ask.
No. Held™ is designed to be accessible, even if you’ve never done somatic work before. You’ll be gently guided through each step. There’s no right or wrong way to engage — just your own pace.
Held™ unfolds through a simple sequence of daily audio sessions — each including a short teaching, a guided somatic meditation, and a written reflection. You’ll start by settling the nervous system and gradually move into deeper awareness of sensation, support, and release. There’s no pressure to finish in a set time — you’re encouraged to move slowly, listen to your body, and return to any practice as often as you need.
Somatic healing works with the body — not just the mind — to process stored stress and trauma. Instead of focusing on thoughts or memories, it helps you tune into sensation, movement, breath, and instinct. This approach supports nervous system regulation, deeper presence, and natural release without forcing or analysing.
Held™ is not therapy or coaching. There’s no diagnosing, analysing, or advising. Instead, it offers a guided space for self-awareness, reflection, and gentle reconnection with the body. You move through the process at your own pace, in your own way — without needing to explain your story or meet anyone else’s expectations.
Some people choose to explore Held™ alongside therapy or coaching. Others use it as a quiet way to come home to themselves — gently, in their own time.
While it may feel supportive and healing, it is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care. If you are experiencing significant distress, please seek help from a qualified practitioner.
Held™ is currently offered on a donation basis so that it remains accessible to those who need it, while also supporting the time and energy it takes to create and refine this work. You’re invited to contribute whatever amount feels right for you — whether that’s a small token of appreciation or a fuller exchange. Every contribution is genuinely appreciated and helps sustain the future of this offering.
